Sunday Scrappin'

Come and join us for some crafty fun at Sunday Scrappin'. We post our accomplishments, our goals, and if we participated in the challenge, we post that as well. It's a fun way to share our scrapbooking (both digi and traditional), card-making, and other paper crafts.

Ta-Da's This Week:

1. I completed two layouts.

2. I learned to use my new CRICUT! I even made letters for my bulletin board at school, not to mention the things I can do with my scrapbooks now.

3. I made a couple of birthday cards. They're pretty much identical, so I wll upload the one I did for a pink and green challenge that I read about at Stamps, Scraps, and More.

4. I taught my daughter how to use MY NEW CRICUT MACHINE THAT I LOVE LOVE LOVE, and she made some cards, too.

To-Do's This Week

1. I would like to complete at least six pages. One of them has to be for my Arizona trip, and at least one of them has to be for the spring break Disney vacation. Then, I will get back to work on catching up with my regular photos. If I don't start the vacation pix, I'm afraid I never will, so I have to make a committment. They put fear in me because I want them to be perfect, something I doubt will happen, but you know that feeling that you want something to be "just right?"

2. I'm going to see what the new sketches are at 52 Sketches. The last two didn't inspire me.

3. I'm also going to check Stamps, Scraps, and More for more challenges.

As for the Sunday Scrappin' challenge, to do something food related, I didn't get to that.

The new challenge is to try a new folding technique. You can use Splitcoast Stampers Resources for ideas.

I know there are more scrappers out there! Please come join us! It's so much fun!

  4. I'm not a scrap booker but I sure admire those who are! Well done, you always share fun ones on Sunday! That cricut is that the machine that you program to cut things? If so, other than scrap booking what would one use it for? I have often wondered!
