This week is my 46th Thursday Thirteen.

Don't forget to visit the Thursday Thirteen homepage and my cookbook giveaway!

  1. Leave it to the US to put the word "world" in a holiday I've never heard of and doubt most other people have either.

  2. Well it really is necessary for us all to be kind to each other....

  3. Surely America (and everyone else!) should recycle every day of the year!

    Interesting list!

  4. That's a lot of remembering for November. But these days are worthwhile.

  5. Great list...but you forgot one.

    Nov 30 - My birthday! :)

Thank you also for your comment on my page. It's nice to know I'm not the only one who goes through it.

  6. I love some of the made-up holidays with no real meaning... "World Kindness Day," "America Recycles Day" Ugh.

    Great TT.

  7. Japan has two holidays in November, in Nov. 3 and 24. They are lucky to have 2 long weekends. ;-)

The Philippines also celebrate #1 & #2. We have nothing to celebrate in November here in Dubai, except for my birthday. :-P

    Happy TT!

  8. Great TT...and I'm going to check out World Kindness Day...thanks for sharing this list.

  9. You forgot my ryan's birthday! It's today.

  10. I don't think I realize that there were so many holidays in November. Thanks for sharing! :)

  11. Fun list to see what happens around the world.

  12. Finland has another special day in November. The second Sunday of the month is Father's Day. (Mother's Day is on the second Sunday in May.)

  13. Wow … I had no idea there were so many holidays in November!
    Hugs and blessings,

I love comments! Thanks for stopping by my blog today!
