I actually rode an elephant at the Renaissance Festival two weeks ago! I've always been too scared to do that. When we would visit the San Antonio Zoo (The Houston Zoo doesn't do elephant rides, and I used to have relatives in SA, but I digress...) I was always too afraid. So, here I am with three strangers riding this big lug of an elephant! And thinking of you Jenn! Visit Camera Critters for more animal photos!

Some years ago my daughter and hubby rode an elephant. I was the photographer of course. It sure look fun!
I did this once with a girl scout troop, it was really cool. Good for you for overcoming those fears and doing it.
