A Month of Meals eBook

How does this sound for dinner this week?

Monday - Potato Soup, Sandwiches
Tuesday - Stir Fry Beef & Veggies
Wednesday - Chicken Veggie wraps
Thursday - Spaghetti Pie
Friday - Baked Fish and Veggies

I've found a great resource to help with my meal planning! It's an eBook (which means I can read it on my computer while I'm sending email and blogging) called A Month of Meals by Jamie Ussher.

It contains a month-long list of healthy and tasty meals already planned along with a few recipes, ingredients, and shopping lists. It really makes sense to follow the mail plan suggestions because the weekly meals are based on using the same or similar ingredients so you don't end up buying and wasting items like I usually do. There are also extra tips with nutrition information, meal variations, and links to info on the web.

I like having my meals planned ahead of time. It's one less thing to worry about. And the meal plans are simple, unlike most meal plans I've seen in major magazines where you need to have 20 ingredients per recipe and spices I've never heard of. It's a simple plan, really. Makes me wish I had thought of it!

You can download a copy of the eBook for only $19.95. By following the plans, I am going to save more money than that each month on my groceries. And there's an 8 week money-back guarantee if you're not happy with the eBook. But, I'm sure you will be!

I have to thank Family Review Network for giving me a copy of this eBook. I'm saving time and money, and my meals are yummy!

  2. That sounds neat. My sister does something like this...it's a service she pays for monthly that plans her meals for her and gives her shopping lists. She loves it. I'm going to check this ebook out!

  5. Sounds delicious! Instead of checking out the e-book, I'm just going to find where you live and come to your house for dinner every night! I know you are close.... ;-)

I get so tired of planning meals - and I really don't like cooking them, either. Last night we ate at my parents' house, and tonight we had chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese & tomato sandwiches. Not real creative, but it WAS yummy!

That being said, I have NO idea what we will have tomorrow!
