Fun Photos

These photos were taken at McGovern Centennial Gardens in Houston, Texas.

Bronze sculpture of Gandhi.
I wish my photo had turned out better.

Friendship Pavillion, a gift from Taipei
Again, I wish I had a better angle.

  2. The shadows in the first pic are so fabulous and well-balanced.

I love the Gandhi statue too. He really is having a moment, isn't he?

[perhaps with Gandhi you were working too hard with shadow and the multiple levels? The grass and the trees came out fantastic]

[and I think the sculpture and its plinth are really showing their age].

Taipei is wonderful. When my friend Eric would count all the medals for the blog visitors he would mention Taipei quite a lot as they were frequent visitors.
