TGIF! Finally. This has been a long, difficult week. We had to replace a flat tire (we actually got two tires), and having a flat tire as you are leaving for work is frustrating.
Emotionally, things have taken a toll on me for a variety of reasons with spouse/kids.
At work, I feel like I'm being asked to do more and more and more, and there just aren't enough hours in the day. Of course, I bring things home with me, but if I make any time for myself, then something isn't getting done. And in addition to what all of us have to do at work, I have a major deadline hanging over my head to create my e-course but no time to really work on it.
Trying to keep this house clean is a chore. And my scrapbook room is a mess! Who has time for that anyway?
So, now I'm going to quit
Today I found out that one of the teachers I work with graduated from the same college my daughter attends! It's a Christian college here in Texas that is not a huge school, so it was just fun to find that out.
