Sunday Scrappin'

Hi! Welcome back to another week of Sunday Scrappin'! This makes two in a row for me because I was able to go to a scrap retreat last weekend, so I'm excited. Here's hoping I can get something done this week so I can post again next Sunday. If you like to do any sort of paper crafts, please join us!

I was able to get 17 pages completed at the retreat. That's basically all we did for the entire weekend... scrap! I loved it. I'm only posting a sample of what I did.
This one is already in plastic, so it may not show up well. I did this for a challenge. We were to use at least 4 patterned papers on one page. The patterns don't show up well in the photo, but they are there. I also added jewels, fibers, and paper tape.
This next one is probably my favorite. Our daughter's color guard show was themed "From Darkness to Light." I thought black and white was perfect for this. I had some pretty paper, and I added ribbon, flowers, brads, punched paper, and torn paper.
This is my castle/Cinderella page. I had a castle brad that came in one of my Disney packs. The top left says, "Having a ball at the castle." The castle on the right side of the left page is layered from another piece of paper with foam squares. On the right, in addition to glittery stickles, there is inking on the photo mats, and a flower and brad. I used foam squares to make the word "Cinderella" pop. Wish my pictures showed up better!
Regardless of the way the pages turned out, I had so much fun, and I can't wait to do it again! Happy scrappin'!

  6. Wow, great pages! I especially like the color guard ones. Wish I could see more detail to truly appreciate it, but it looks lovely from afar. :) I'm looking forward to seeing what you were able to accomplish this week!
