More Sew Fun!

Hello, friends!  I've been sewing again. This time I used the same pattern but made a different view of the dress.  Here is the pattern:

This time I used view F with the ties and the flounce in a contrasting color.  I only had one yard of this adorable Watercolor Butterflies fabric from Hobby Lobby, so that worked out. This is the dress:
I think the other one turned out better, but maybe it just needs a good press.  I also made her a matching bow and wristlet.
The bow is attached to an alligator clip.

Thanks to Youtuber, The Crafty Gemini, I was able to make this easy wristlet.

I used my Babyville Boutique Snaps and Snap Pliers.  I love how easy it is to add snaps and decided to make one for myself.  Mine is more of a card wallet so I don't have to take my entire wallet on vacation with us and it has no wrist strap.  These Babyvilled Boutique snaps are very strong and give me tons of ideas!  Here's mine.

I used this canvas home decor fabric from JoAnn for the card wallet.  I need to practice sewing around curves (and just to mention it also, I need to practice working with zippers.)  I attempted to make a small zippered purse (not the large one I made a few weeks ago), but it doesn't look as nice as I'd like it to, so I'm going to need practice.

I hope you'll visit Crafty Creators (Where I was featured a couple of months ago) and Friendship Friday to check out what other people are making or learning.  Have a great weekend!

This is NOT a sponsored post.  Thank you.
