My Happy List

Mamarazzi has moved her Happy List posts to Tuesdays, and I am barely making the deadline, so...

1.  I'm happy I was able to make time to read some email and create this post.

2.  I'm participating in a book study with other ladies in my church, and that makes me happy!  It is a time for renewal of my spirit.  My motto for the week is "Think happy thoughts."  I'm going to put it on sticky notes and post it in a few places around the house and at work as a gentle reminder to myself.

3.  I am so proud of my daughter.  She performed so well during the homecoming half time show Friday and participated in her first competition on Saturday.  She's practicing so hard and putting her heart into it.  If you don't know what I'm talking about, see my Scrappy Saturday post for pictures.  She dances and twirls rifles and flags with the band during marching season.

4.  My son attended his first FFA meeting.  I had to MAKE him go, but he ended up enjoying it.  I want both of my kids to be active in extra-curricular activities at school, so this made me happy!

5.  Last, I'm happy I get to offer a great software giveaway to someone who likes to do digital scrapbooking, photo cards, and more.  See the My Memories Suite post.

These are the things that have made me happy this last week.  How about you?  Link up with Mamarazzi and share your "happies!"

  5. Yay for Happy lists! I looove kids who get involved, it doesn''t have to be anything specific, just that they are involved in something, I think it's so good for them. I have that digital scrap program, I need to make yone ti play with it more cuz it is really cool.
