Random Happy Tuesday - for the birds!

 

This time change is killing me!  One day I get too much sleep.  Another day I can't sleep at all.  This is for the birds!  I wish we just stayed at one time - all the time - and didn't change it twice a year.  How about you?

And speaking of it being for the birds... The idiom is believed to have been started by soldiers during WWII.  They would use it to describe anything that was useless, boring, or of little value.  It is believed the imagery comes from birds pecking in dung meaning that if some thing is of such low quality, it isn't fit for me, only for birds.  HM.  I learned something new!
