Another Tuesday... Seems like that happens a lot!  At least once a week!  (I know.  Not funny!)

My sister and I chose a place for our mom.  She will be about 20 minutes closer to me, and about 10 minutes closer for my sister.  Yay!  She'll be in between us, but I think I got the better end of the deal.  She is moving in tomorrow.  I pray she loves it.  

Her hip is healing very well!  The staples came out yesterday. Considering her age, all the surgeries she's had, osteoporosis, three major types of cancer (lung, breast, and skin), knee replacement, arthritis, shoulder surgeries, and other ailments, I am so pleased.  When she is determined, she can do anything!  I am stubborn like her, I guess.  

I feel like I have been watching too many Olympic sports.  Why?  Well, when you congratulate your cat on the record long jump (from one furniture item to another, about 15 inches) or you pat yourself on the back for spiking a piece of paper into the trashcan, or you cheer on your mom for stepping over the elevator gap like it's a hurdle... you know you have Olympic fever!  You start to see every day tasks as Olympic events.

How do you feel about optical illusions?  I like them, except when I can't see both items.  Here's one that took me a long time.  I think subliminally, since they mentioned the man first, that's what my brain saw.  But I finally saw the dog!
