I would not describe myself as having a green thumb AT ALL. But my husband and I have been trying to keep some plants alive for a long while. Some are dying, and a few are thriving. These are the plants:
Amaryllis (pictured)
Jalapeno
Cilantro
Ivy
Cactus
Basil
Orchid (pictured above)
Asparagus Fern
Elephant Ear
Sago Palm
Ficus
Dracaena
Philodendron
What plants are you trying to keep alive? Or does it come naturally for you?

You're doing well just being able to spell some of those, never mind keep them alive.
ReplyDeleteI've tried plants. No luck. At this point I doubt I could keep cockroaches alive. The one exception is a rose that's still as fresh as the day I got it. It's plastic.
If you can grow orchids, you can grow anything. I have a Christmas cactus that sprouts new leaves when I actually remember to water it, but that's all inside. We have a garden but it's a total disaster this year.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a green thumb. I can never get the watering correct!!
ReplyDeleteI managed to kill a cactus. I definitely have the opposite of a green thumb.
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I'm awful with plants, too.
