I know too many people who lived long, healthy lives, and dairy was definitely part of their diet.Forgetfulonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07895803172098820967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19855347.post-34444046577641020832012-03-29T19:45:32.212-05:002012-03-29T19:45:32.212-05:00I want to be vegan! Around 75% cannot digest regular milk. Also, often when one drinks soymilk, he or she gets sick less often.

Most importantly, milk actually depletes the calcium from your bones. http://saveourbones.com/osteoporosis-milk-myth/
I currently avoid as much dairy as possible.
And cookies taste so much better with vanilla soymilk anyway. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19855347.post-58892511962366841472012-03-29T16:43:04.169-05:002012-03-29T16:43:04.169-05:00I'm not a milk fan, though I do have to have i...I'm not a milk fan, though I do have to have it to dunk Oreos into. COTC not only gives people the chance to see dairy cows up close and personal, but allows them to partake in all sorts of dairy products: milk, cheese, ice cream, grilled cheese sandwiches, yogurt, etc.

Madison is also host of the World Dairy Expo and Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (which hosts the World Champion Cheese Contest).

My blogHeatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17700809709293636333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19855347.post-52585710407158927622012-03-29T12:01:32.528-05:002012-03-29T12:01:32.528-05:00Although I'm not big on milk itself, I do love...Although I'm not big on milk itself, I do love dairy! I agree with you 100%... God gave us the ability to raise livestock with the purpose of using them as a food source. Bring on the bacon and eggs, with a big glass of milk to go with it!The Lovely Onehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02116016955719774820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19855347.post-2798096879791915412012-03-29T11:36:46.432-05:002012-03-29T11:36:46.432-05:00I'm a total cheese freak. Although I confess I don't do dairy, either, but its because it bothers me (lactose and it seems to upset my asthma) not because of any other thought on the subject. I am probably paying for it now that I am older with bone problems.CountryDewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03243893531509380824noreply@blogger.com
